Birthday Celebration #3

My parents came to Huntley on Friday to help us get ready for the birthday party. They gave him their present early so they could see him open it. We had the party on Sunday and they couldn't stay for the whole thing. He was VERY excited opening the present.

And once he had opened the present, he spent the next hour and a half pushing it around the house. When we finally took it away to put him to bed, he cried. He normally loves playing with the remote, but had no interest in it once he had his new toy!

The next morning, we let him open one other present early. Andrew and Jen couldn't make it to the party but he got to open that present. After playing with the toy and book for a while, he thought he would try to take a ride on the box the book came in. He didn't get too far. This has become a favorite activity and he usually does this at least once a day.
