Graham was slightly shy at the start of the weekend. He wasn't so sure what was going on with so many people coming to see him! But he warmed up quickly when he realized he was the center of attention and was very willing to put on a show. It was nice that he could open all of his presents on his own this year. I barely had to help with anything other than reading cards to tell him who a present was from and pulling off a few ribbons to make present opening easier.
Flying a kite with daddy. It was a nice windy night so after dinner Keith and Graham ran out to fly the kite on the "mountain" and I got some pictures. Daddy had to help because Graham thinks it's funny to let go of the string and watch the kite fly away. Not so bad with a cheapo kite, but this one is a little nicer so it's hopefully not flying anywhere for a while.
Visiting the farm and babysitting for Liam. Graham wants on here right away so he can go chase Ruger around the farm! So fun for this litte guy.
Keith designed, built, and painted this barn for Graham's birthday. Since we got him some farm toys for his birthday this works well to store it all. I told Keith if we ever have a girl he can design a farm doll house to go along with this. I don't think he'll do all the furniture though :) That could be a little time consuming.
Riding his new bike! He was SOOOO excited to open this present. I'll try to get a video up of his reaction after opening this, it was great.
Graham with his presents. He loves them all so much! We have been busy playing with all of them.
He was a big fan of his tractor birthday party and even ate 3 whole buns for lunch. I didn't care what he ate as long as he ate something and wasn't crabby.
Graham had his 3 year check up today and he did such a great job for the doctor! He's usually not a fan of opening his mouth but this time he was more than willing to do what he was asked. He passed with flying colors and is growing well! He is now 39 inches tall and about 34 pounds.
It will be so strange to hold a tiny baby again after lugging around this big guy! We have 5 more weeks until Luther comes and we are more than ready to have him! We are not so ready for the sleepless nights again but we can't wait to see him and his personality. Last week we had a hospital tour and that made us really excited! We aren't exactly sure what room Luther will be in and how this will all work but we aren't too worried. We have plenty of space and Graham is a sound sleeper if he does need to share a room with Luther. Who knows, we could be here for another 2 months or it could be much, much longer. So we will just deal with everything as it comes!
