Winter

We have survived the blizzard! We have a ton of snow and it's pretty cold, but we braved the weather and went outside with Graham earlier today. He wasn't too sure of the snow. He was happy to be held the whole time we were outside though we did get some fun video of him in a snow bank.

Keith put together a little video of life the last few weeks. Graham has been able to play with his cousin Colin which he enjoys.

Graham enjoys wearing the boots and asks for them often. He also found the scarf and wanted to wear that. He usually is on the move so fast after diaper changes we don't always have time to put his pants on. When he wants his boots on he wants them immediately! So pants are optional most of the time for Graham around the house. When we leave the house I'll give Graham the option of boots or shoes and he usually tells me what he wants to wear or will go pick them out.

He's getting huge and continues to learn new words. "No, no, no" is a current favorite. If he picks up the remote for the TV or a controller for a game he says "no, no, no" so even if we aren't in the room he lets us know if he's doing something wrong. Kind of helpful!

We got him an Elmo toilet seat the other day. I got some DVDs of Elmo from the family I babysit for on Fridays and he now LOVES Elmo. It may even surpass his love for Thomas the Train. When I ask him if he wants to go potty he says, "Mo!" He doesn't actually go on the potty yet, but he thinks he's big stuff when he can sit on the big potty. We'll see if he actually wants to go on the potty at some point. We still have plenty of time!

Hope you all are staying warm!
