Is it still winter?

A few days ago we could see the ground. The grass was dead, but at least a sign of grass was a sign of spring. Now it's snowing, again. It's supposed to snow for 2 more days. I am so ready for spring!

Graham is doing well. We had his 6 month check up today and he weighed in at 18 pounds 13 ounces. They said he's still 26.5 inches long, but I know that's off. He's too long for some of the outfits he was wearing at his last check up, so the measurements must have been a little off at one appointment. Here is an update on how he is doing.

He can now sit pretty much on his own, he tumbles occasionally. He chats and has a new "conversation" voice that started in the last week. He continues to find new sounds. He eats, and eats, and eats. If we give it to him, he'll eat it though he likes some foods more than others. He wears mostly 9 month pants and 6-9 month shirts, his socks are 18-36 months and he' doesn't have much room to grow. He started sleeping about 10 hours at night. Occasionally he'll only sleep 8 and sometimes he'll sleep 12. He takes 2-3 naps for a total of 4 hours during the day. He knows his name. He loves music and looking at himself in the mirror. He LAUGHS so cutely it's contagious. He's really starting to notice strangers and isn't a fan of mom or dad leaving. He's happiest when he can see one of us.

He is really getting to such a fun stage! He's going to be crawling soon so we need to get busy putting up gates! All the outlets are covered but we have to look at cords and anything else he could get into!

And of course, this wouldn't be complete without a picture of Graham!
